Welding Machine SPARTUS® Master 230XT (true color filter) with ventilation

The SPARTUS® Master 230XT automatic welding helmet is designed to protect the welder's eyes and face from harmful radiation and welding splatter. It is ideal for MIG/MAG, TIG, and MMA welding. It has a grinding function. The Master 230XT helmet features an automatic filter with the highest optical class 1/1/1/1 and a large 100x65 mm viewing area. The reaction time (1/30 000 s) is guaranteed using 4 highly sensitive sensors, which is important for welding at low amperages. The vision through the viewing area is presented in true colors (true color).

External controls allow for easy setting of filter parameters during work without having to remove the welding helmet from the head. The controls' position can set the dark state (DIN 4-8 / DIN 9-13), sensitivity, delay, and switch the helmet's work mode to grinding.

The helmet is made of durable and lightweight material - it weighs only 480g. Multi-step size adjustment allows not only to perfectly fit the helmet to the head shape but also to set the appropriate distance between the filter and the welder's eyes. The Master 230XT helmet guarantees comfortable and long work without fatigue.

The SPARTUS® air supply system guarantees a clean and dry air supply for the welder working in particularly difficult conditions where there is a lot of dust and moisture. The air supply system has a high TH3P level of respiratory protection thanks to the replaceable filters kit (main HEPA filter and activated carbon primary filter). Airflow adjustment allows for regulating the air flow speed at 180l/min and 220l/min. Any air flow problems are indicated by a vibrating and audible signal. The connection of the breathing hose with the helmet body ensures freedom of movement during work.

A large switch allows for easy device operation even with gloves. The brushless motor guarantees energy saving and extremely quiet operation. The replaceable lithium-ion battery ensures continuous operation for more than 10 hours.
