Welding Helmet SPARTUS Pro 901X with Ventilation

The automatic welding helmet SPARTUS® Pro 901X is designed to protect the welder's eyes and face from harmful radiation and welding spatter. It is perfectly suited for MIG/MAG, TIG, MMA welding, and grinding. The Pro 901X helmet features an automatic filter with the highest optical class 1/1/1/1 and a large 100x65 mm viewing area.

Additionally, the helmet has a special welding filter lifting and lowering mechanism. When it is lifted, the center of gravity of the helmet is lower and coincides with the head's center of gravity. This reduces the welder's neck fatigue and significantly increases their working comfort. The viewing area is also increased to 165x72mm, while the welder's eyes are protected by a safety glass.

External control allows easy setting of filter parameters during work without removing the helmet. Thanks to the controllers, it's possible to set the dark state (DIN 4-8 / DIN 9-13), sensitivity, delay, and switch the helmet into grinding mode. Multi-stage size adjustment not only allows perfect fitting of the helmet to the head shape but also to set the correct distance between the filter and the welder's eyes. This helmet is a product that will meet even the most demanding welders' needs.

The SPARTUS® air supply system guarantees the supply of clean and dry air to the welder working under very challenging conditions, with a lot of dust and moisture. The air supply system has a high TH3P respiratory protection level thanks to the replaceable filter set (main HEPA filter and activated carbon pre-filter). The air supply allows adjusting the airflow speed to 180l/min and 220l/min. Any problems with the air flow are indicated by a vibrating and sound alarm. The connection of the breathing hose with the helmet's body ensures freedom of movement during work.

A large switch allows for easy operation of the device even with gloves. The brushless motor is a guarantee of energy saving and extremely quiet operation. The replaceable lithium-ion battery ensures uninterrupted operation for more than 10 hours.
