Thanks to precise machining technology, the tabletop has a flatness accuracy of 0.1 mm/m2, ensuring perfectly flat working surfaces even under heavy loads. This solution guarantees complete stability during component positioning and maximum welding accuracy regardless of the size of the welded construction.

The table top thickness of 12–14 mm is an excellent compromise between strength and precision. It is resistant to impacts, high temperature, and deformation and will maintain perfect surface flatness for many years.

The working surface has precisely drilled and milled 16 mm diameter holes, arranged in the standard D16 system layout. Each hole is drilled with an accuracy of +0.05 mm, and the distance between holes is 50 mm. Such high precision guarantees complete compatibility with D16 system accessories and allows for quick and stable clamping of workpieces using clamps, corner brackets, and supports.

The working surface has a clear millimeter scale, which facilitates the precise placement of parts and instruments on the table. Such a scale reduces preparation time for work when performing repetitive tasks.

The Spartus Hermes welding table features a modular 3D zone system, allowing the working surfaces to be expanded in any direction. You can easily increase the working area or adapt the table shape to the requirements of a specific project – from precise parts to large steel constructions.

The legs of the welding table (regardless of the selected height) are equipped with wheels and an integrated parking brake, making the table easy to move around the workplace. Once the table is positioned in a suitable location, a mechanical brake with a lock allows it to be securely "parked," ensuring complete construction stiffness during welding.
