Each GPPH welding table has various slot system options, allowing the table to be adapted for various tasks and requirements in different industry sectors. Due to its robust construction, stability, and precision, these tables are an indispensable tool for professional welders and metal manufacturers. Moreover, each table can be with standard legs or on legs with casters, thus you can freely choose the solution that best meets your wishes and needs. You can choose the slot system variant and the type of legs at the time of purchase.
The traditional GPPH welding tables are divided into four unique series: EXPERT, PRO, PLUS, and ECO. The tables are made of high-resistance material S355J2+N according to the ISO 2768-1 standard, ensuring high durability and structural strength.
- EXPERT series guarantees performance and longevity in any case. The loading capacity of one leg of this model is impressive – up to 1000 kg, making this table an ideal choice for working with large and heavy constructions. A 25 mm thickness tabletop with dense edges provides a solid base, ensuring stability and resistance to deformations. This table is perfectly suited for advanced welding and metal processing projects that require exceptional strength and precision.
- PRO series stands out with its high loading capacity - up to 700 kg per leg. This series is an excellent choice for professional use, where precision and durability are paramount. PRO tables are well-suited for both manual and mechanized welding, ensuring that constructions are made with high accuracy.
- PLUS series is a perfect combination of performance and versatility, with each leg's loading capacity being 500 kg. These tables are versatile and perfectly suited for various tasks, allowing you to flexibly carry out different welding jobs. The PLUS series is an excellent choice for both smaller workshops and larger factories, where reliability and efficiency are key.
- ECO series is an ideal choice for those who need a solid table with a loading capacity of 250 kg per leg, but at an affordable price. ECO series tables are perfectly suited for smaller welding projects, where accuracy is required, and the parts are not excessively heavy. This series offers an excellent price-quality ratio, ensuring performance and longevity without straining your budget.
All EXPERT, PRO, PLUS, and ECO series welding tables ensure ergonomic and quick work, maintaining the highest accuracy and repeatability of the manufactured constructions. Each table's top has an engraved scale, which is a reference point for laying out constructions and mounting tools. Due to this graduation, welders can precisely arrange the constructions to achieve the required dimensions and thus achieve excellent welding quality.
An important feature of the traditional GPPH welding tables is the dense edge feature, which provides ideally flat working surfaces. The edges spaced on average every 400 mm, along with a robust and rigid tabletop construction, ensure maximum stability during work and protect against deformations, which is especially important when working with large and heavy constructions.
Furthermore, the side walls of the GPPH welding tables are 200 mm in height, made adhering to a ±0.3° deviation tolerance, thus the welding results are more accurate and repeatable. In all series of traditional GPPH welding tables, the side walls have three rows of holes. This provides the ability to attach additional tools and accessories, thereby increasing work performance. The thickness of the tabletops varies among the different series. In the ECO series, it is 8 mm, in the PLUS series - 12 mm, in the PRO series - 15 mm, and in the EXPERT series - even 25 mm.
The most important aspect of these tables - the tabletop flatness tolerance. In the ECO series tables, it reaches ±0.5 mm, ensuring a stable and accurate surface for welding components. On the other hand, the allowable error for the PLUS, PRO, and EXPERT series tables is ±0.3 mm, thus ensuring an ideally flat working surface without unnecessary distortions.
Another advantage of the EXPERT, PRO, and PLUS series tables is the milled and shaped holes, and shaped holes at the bottom. This guarantees easy and precise tool clamping adjustment. Hole tolerance is also an important feature. In the ECO series, it is ±0.1 mm, while in the EXPERT, PRO, and PLUS series - merely +0.05 mm. This ensures perfect tool mounting and precision.
