Each GPPH welding table comes with various hole system options, making it adaptable to different tasks and requirements across various industries. Due to its robust construction, stability, and precision, these tables are indispensable tools for professional welders and metal manufacturers. Moreover, each table can be equipped with either standard legs or wheels, allowing you to choose the solution that best fits your needs and preferences. You can select the hole system variant and leg type at the time of purchase.
Traditional GPPH welding tables are categorized into four unique series: EXPERT, PRO, PLUS, and ECO. Tables are made from high-durability S355J2+N material according to the ISO 2768-1 standard, ensuring high durability and structural integrity.
- EXPERT series guarantees performance and long-term durability under any circumstances. The loading capacity of a single leg is impressive – up to 1000 kg, making it the ideal choice for working with large and heavy structures. A 25 mm thick worktop with dense edges provides a sturdy base, ensuring stability and resistance to deformations. This table is perfect for advanced welding and metalworking projects requiring exceptional strength and precision.
- PRO series is distinguished by its high load-bearing capacity - each leg can support up to 700 kg. This series is an excellent choice for professional use, where accuracy and durability are paramount. PRO tables are suitable for both manual and mechanized welding, ensuring constructions are made with high precision.
- PLUS series offers an excellent combination of performance and versatility, with each leg having a loading capacity of 500 kg. These tables are versatile and perfect for various tasks, making it possible to perform flexible welding operations. The PLUS series is an excellent choice for both smaller workshops and larger factories, where reliability and efficiency are key.
- ECO series is the ideal choice for those needing a sturdy table, with each leg capable of supporting 250 kg, but at an affordable price. ECO series tables are perfect for smaller welding projects requiring precision, without heavy components. This series offers a great price-quality ratio, providing performance and durability without straining your budget.
All EXPERT, PRO, PLUS, and ECO series welding tables ensure ergonomic and efficient work while maintaining the highest precision and repeatability of manufactured structures. Each table surface has an engraved scale, serving as a reference point for placing structures and mounting tools. This gradation allows welders to precisely arrange constructions to achieve the required dimensions, achieving excellent welding quality.
A crucial element of traditional GPPH welding tables is the dense edge, providing an ideally flat working surface. Edges spaced on average every 400 mm, along with a robust and rigid tabletop structure, ensure maximum stability during work and protect against deformations, which is especially important when working with large and heavy structures.
Additionally, the side walls of GPPH welding tables are 200 mm high, manufactured with a ±0.3° deviation tolerance, resulting in more precise and repeatable welding outcomes. All traditional GPPH welding table series feature three rows of holes on the side walls. This allows for the attachment of additional tools and accessories, increasing work efficiency. The different series' tabletop thicknesses vary: the ECO series has an 8 mm thickness, the PLUS series - 12 mm, the PRO series - 15 mm, and the EXPERT series - an impressive 25 mm.
The most important aspect of these tables is the worktop flatness tolerance. In the ECO series tables, it reaches ±0.5 mm, ensuring a stable and accurate surface for welding components. On the other hand, the allowable deviation for the PLUS, PRO, and EXPERT series tables is ±0.3 mm, ensuring an ideally flat working surface without unnecessary distortions.
Another advantage of the EXPERT, PRO, and PLUS series tables are the milled and shaped holes and shaped holes at the bottom. This ensures easy and accurate tool clamping adjustment. Hole tolerance is also an important feature. The ECO series has a tolerance of ±0.1 mm, while the EXPERT, PRO, and PLUS series have just +0.05 mm. This ensures perfect tool mounting and precision.
Due to their versatility and reliability, traditional GPPH welding tables are widely used in various tasks and industrial sectors. Here are a few examples of where these tables can be employed:
