Every GPPH welding table has various hole system options, thus the table can be adapted to various tasks and requirements in different industrial sectors. Due to its sturdy construction, stability, and precision, these tables are an indispensable tool for professional welders and metal manufacturers. Moreover, each table can either have standard legs or legs with wheels, thus you can freely choose the solution that best meets your preferences and needs. The hole system variant and leg type can be selected at the time of purchase.
Traditional GPPH welding tables are divided into four unique series: EXPERT, PRO, PLUS, and ECO. The tables are made from high-strength material S355J2+N according to ISO 2768-1 standard, thus ensuring high durability and structural solidity.
- EXPERT series guarantees efficiency and longevity under any circumstances. The lifting capacity of a single leg of this model is exceptional – up to 1000 kg, making such table an ideal choice for working with large and heavy constructions. A 25 mm thick worktop with dense edges provides a solid base, ensuring stability and resistance to deformations. This table is ideally suited for advanced welding and metal processing projects where extraordinary strength and precision are required.
- PRO series stands out with its high lifting capacity - up to 700 kg load per leg. This series is an excellent choice for professional use, where the focus is on precision and longevity. PRO tables are perfectly suited for both manual and mechanized welding, ensuring that constructions are manufactured extremely accurately.
- PLUS series - is a perfect combination of efficiency and versatility, with each leg's lifting capacity being 500 kg. These tables are versatile and perfectly suitable for various jobs, allowing you to flexibly perform different welding tasks. PLUS series is an excellent choice for both smaller workshops and larger factories, where reliability and efficiency are crucial.
- ECO series is an ideal choice for those who need a sturdy table, where each leg’s lifting capacity is 250 kg, but whose price is affordable. ECO series tables are perfectly suited for smaller welding projects, where precision is needed and the parts are not overly heavy. This series offers an excellent price-quality ratio, as it ensures efficiency and longevity without straining your budget.
All EXPERT, PRO, PLUS, and ECO series welding tables ensure ergonomic and quick work while maintaining the highest precision and repeatability of the manufactured structures. There is an engraved scale on top of every table, which acts as a reference point for laying out constructions and mounting tools. Thanks to this graduation, welders can precisely arrange structures to get the required dimensions, thereby achieving perfect welding quality.
An important element of traditional GPPH welding tables is the dense edgedness, providing an ideally flat working surface. The edges, arranged on average every 400 mm, along with a solid and stout tabletop construction, ensure maximum stability during work and protect against deformations, which is especially important when working with large and heavy constructions.
Moreover, the side walls of GPPH welding tables are 200 mm in height, made adhering to a ±0.3° deviation tolerance, thus welding results are more precise and repeatable. In all traditional GPPH welding tables series, the side walls have three rows of holes. This offers the possibility to attach additional tools and accessories, thus increasing work efficiency. The thickness of the tabletops varies across different series. In the ECO series, it is 8 mm, in the PLUS series - 12 mm, in the PRO series - 15 mm, and in the EXPERT series - even 25 mm.
The most crucial aspect of these tables - tabletop flatness tolerance. In ECO series tables, it is ±0.5 mm, thereby ensuring a stable and accurate surface for welding components. On the other hand, the allowable deviation in PLUS, PRO, and EXPERT series tables - ±0.3 mm, thus ensuring an ideally flat working surface without unnecessary distortions.
Another advantage of EXPERT, PRO, and PLUS series tables - countersunk and shaped holes as well as shaped holes at the bottom. This ensures easy and precise tool clamping adjustment. The hole tolerance is also an important feature. In the ECO series, it is ±0.1 mm, while in EXPERT, PRO, and PLUS series - just +0.05 mm. This ensures perfect tool mounting and precision.
