Traditional GPPH welding tables come in four unique series: EXPERT, PRO, PLUS, and ECO. The tables are made of high-resistance S355J2+N material according to ISO 2768-1 standard, ensuring high durability and construction strength.

All EXPERT, PRO, PLUS, and ECO series welding tables ensure ergonomic and quick work, maintaining the highest precision and repeatability of the manufactured constructions. The top of each table is engraved with a scale, serving as a reference point for laying out constructions and mounting tools. Due to this graduation, welders can precisely position constructions to achieve the required dimensions and thus attain impeccable welding quality.

An important feature of traditional GPPH welding tables is the dense edge-pattern, providing an ideally flat working surface. The edges, spaced on average every 400 mm, along with a robust and rigid worktop construction ensure maximum stability during work and protect against deformations, which is especially important when working with large and heavy constructions.

Moreover, the side walls of the GPPH welding tables are 200 mm high, made adhering to a ±0.3° deviation tolerance, thus ensuring precise and repeatable welding results. In all traditional GPPH welding table series, the side walls have three rows of holes. This provides the possibility to attach additional tools and accessories, thus increasing work productivity. The thickness of the worktops varies across different series. It is 8 mm in the ECO series, 12 mm in the PLUS series, 15 mm in the PRO series, and as much as 25 mm in the EXPERT series.

The most important aspect of these tables is the worktop flatness tolerance. In the ECO series tables, it is ±0.5 mm, ensuring a stable and precise surface for welding components. On the other hand, the allowable deviation in the PLUS, PRO, and EXPERT series tables is ±0.3 mm, ensuring an ideally flat working surface without unnecessary distortions.

Another advantage of the EXPERT, PRO, and PLUS series tables is the milled and shaped holes and the shaped holes at the bottom. This ensures easy and precise tool clamping adjustment. Hole tolerance is also a crucial feature. It is ±0.1 mm in the ECO series, but only +0.05 mm in the EXPERT, PRO, and PLUS series. This ensures perfect tool mounting and precision.
