Each GPPH welding table has various hole system options, making it adaptable to various tasks and requirements in different industries. Due to its sturdy construction, stability, and accuracy, these tables are an indispensable tool for professional welders and metal manufacturers. Moreover, each table can either come with standard legs or on wheels, allowing you to freely choose the solution that best fits your preferences and needs. You can select the hole system variant and the type of legs at the time of purchase.
Traditional GPPH welding tables are divided into four unique series: EXPERT, PRO, PLUS, and ECO. The tables are made of high-resistance material S355J2+N according to ISO 2768-1 standard, ensuring high durability and structural integrity.
- EXPERT series guarantees performance and longevity in any case. The lifting capacity of a single leg is outstanding – up to 1000 kg, making this table an ideal choice for working with large and heavy constructions. The 25 mm tabletop thickness with dense edges provides a strong base, ensuring stability and resistance to deformations. This table is perfectly suited for advanced welding and metal processing projects that require exceptional strength and precision.
- PRO series is characterized by a high lifting capacity - up to 700 kg per leg. This series is an excellent choice for professional use, where precision and longevity are paramount. PRO tables are perfectly suited for both manual and mechanized welding, ensuring that constructions are made with utmost accuracy.
- PLUS series - is a perfect combination of performance and versatility, with each leg's lifting capacity being 500 kg. These tables are versatile and perfectly suited for various tasks, allowing you to flexibly perform diverse welding tasks. The PLUS series is an excellent choice for both smaller workshops and larger factories, where reliability and efficiency are key.
- ECO series is an ideal choice for those needing a sturdy table with each leg's lifting capacity being 250 kg, but at an affordable price. ECO series tables are perfectly suited for smaller welding projects, where precision is needed and the parts are not overly heavy. This series offers an excellent price-quality ratio, ensuring performance and longevity without straining your budget.
All EXPERT, PRO, PLUS, and ECO series welding tables ensure ergonomic and fast work, maintaining the highest accuracy and repeatability of the constructions produced. On top of each table is an engraved scale, which serves as a reference point for laying out constructions and mounting tools. Thanks to this gradation, welders can precisely position constructions to achieve the required dimensions and thus achieve excellent welding quality.
An important element of traditional GPPH welding tables is dense edging, which provides an ideally flat working surface. With edges spaced an average of 400 mm apart, along with a sturdy and rigid tabletop structure, maximum stability is ensured during work, protecting against deformations, which is especially important when working with large and heavy constructions.
Moreover, GPPH welding tables have side walls that are 200 mm in height, made with a tolerance of ±0.3°, thus ensuring more precise and repeatable welding results. All traditional GPPH welding table series have three rows of holes on the side walls. This allows for the attachment of additional tools and accessories, thereby increasing work efficiency. The thickness of table tops varies across series. In the ECO series, it is 8 mm, in the PLUS series - 12 mm, in the PRO series - 15 mm, and in the EXPERT series - as much as 25 mm.
The most important aspect of these tables is the tabletop flatness tolerance. In ECO series tables, it reaches ±0.5 mm, ensuring a stable and precise surface for welding components. On the other hand, the allowable deviation in PLUS, PRO, and EXPERT series tables is ±0.3 mm, thus ensuring an ideally flat working surface without unnecessary distortions.
Another advantage of EXPERT, PRO, and PLUS series tables are the milled and shaped holes and shaped holes at the bottom. This ensures easy and precise tool clamping adjustment. Hole tolerance is also an important feature. In the ECO series, it is ±0.1 mm, while in EXPERT, PRO, and PLUS series - only +0.05 mm. This ensures perfect tool mounting and accuracy.
