Each GPPH welding table offers various perforation system options, thereby allowing the table to be adapted for various tasks and requirements in different industrial sectors. Thanks to the robust construction, stability, and precision, these tables are an indispensable tool for professional welders and metalworkers. Additionally, each table can be equipped with either standard legs or legs with casters, thus freely choosing the solution that best meets your preferences and needs. You can select the perforation system and type of legs at the time of purchase.
Traditional GPPH welding tables are divided into four unique series: EXPERT, PRO, PLUS, and ECO. The tables are made from high-resistance material S355J2+N according to ISO 2768-1 standard, thus ensuring durability and structural strength.
- EXPERT series guarantees performance and longevity in any situation. The lifting capacity of a single leg in this model is impressive – up to 1000 kg, making it an ideal choice for working with large and heavy structures. The 25 mm thick worktop with dense edges provides a solid foundation, ensuring stability and resistance to deformations. This table is perfect for advanced welding and metalworking projects that require exceptional strength and precision.
- PRO series stands out with its high lifting capacity - up to 700 kg per leg. This series is an excellent choice for professional use, where accuracy and durability are paramount. PRO tables are perfectly suited for both manual and mechanized welding, ensuring that structures are made with utmost precision.
- PLUS series - is an excellent combination of performance and versatility, with each leg having a lifting capacity of 500 kg. These tables are versatile and perfectly suitable for various works, allowing you to flexibly perform various welding tasks. PLUS series is an excellent choice for both smaller workshops and larger factories where reliability and efficiency are crucial.
- ECO series is the ideal choice for those in need of a sturdy table where each leg has a lifting capacity of 250 kg, but at an affordable price. ECO series tables are perfect for smaller welding projects, where precision is needed, and the parts are not overly heavy. This series offers an excellent price-quality ratio, ensuring performance and durability without burdening your budget.
All EXPERT, PRO, PLUS, and ECO series welding tables ensure ergonomic and fast work, maintaining the highest precision and repeatability of manufactured structures. A scale engraved on the surface of each table serves as a reference point for laying out structures and mounting tools. Thanks to this gradation, welders can precisely position structures to achieve the required dimensions, thereby reaching excellent welding quality.
An important feature of traditional GPPH welding tables is the dense ribbing, which provides an ideally flat working surface. The ribs, spaced an average of 400 mm apart, along with the robust and rigid worktop construction, ensure maximum stability during work and protect against deformations, especially important when working with large and heavy structures.
Additionally, the side walls of GPPH welding tables are 200 mm in height, manufactured adhering to a ±0.3° tolerance, thus the welding results are more precise and repeatable. All series of traditional GPPH welding tables have three rows of holes on the sides. This allows for the attachment of additional tools and accessories, thus increasing productivity. The thickness of the worktops varies across different series. In the ECO series, it is 8 mm, in the PLUS series – 12 mm, in the PRO series – 15 mm, and in the EXPERT series – even 25 mm.
The most critical aspect of these tables is the worktop flatness tolerance. In ECO series tables, it reaches ±0.5 mm, ensuring a stable and accurate surface for welding components. On the other hand, the allowable deviation in PLUS, PRO, and EXPERT series tables is ±0.3 mm, thus ensuring an ideally flat working surface without unnecessary distortions.
Another advantage of EXPERT, PRO, and PLUS series tables are the milled and shaped holes, and shaped holes on the bottom. This ensures easy and precise adjustment of tool clamping. Hole tolerance is also an important feature. In the ECO series, it is ±0.1 mm, while in EXPERT, PRO, and PLUS series, it's just +0.05 mm. This ensures perfect tool mounting and accuracy.
