The TIG 215P AC/DC inverter welding machine is a multiprocess welding machine designed for MMA, TIG DC and TIG AC manual welding methods. The welding machine features the Fan Stop function, which turns the fan on only when needed, reducing noise, component wear and dust intake. The gas connection with the R21 quick coupling ensures quick, reliable and convenient gas hose connection, compliant with industry standards.

The unit offers wide TIG process parameter configuration options:

• Pulsed welding in DC mode: ensures control of input energy, reduces distortion and improves weld quality, especially with thin materials.
• Current down-slope time control: allows smooth arc extinction, preventing craters and cracks.
• Gas pre-flow and post-flow control: controls gas shielding time before and after arc ignition, protecting the electrode and weld pool from oxidation.
• AC frequency control: controls arc focus and shape when welding aluminum.
• AC current balance control: allows adjustment of the ratio of positive and negative half-cycles, thereby controlling penetration depth and surface cleaning (oxide removal).
