WTL TIG 200 AC/DC Pulse JOB - is an industrial welding machine, designed for work with alternating current and perfectly suitable for welding aluminum. The biggest advantage of this welding machine is that you can choose between 3 different alternating current modes. The welding machine has digital adjustment of the most important parameters. Up to 10 different programs can be saved to be replicated later. TIG 200 AC/DC Pulse has a pulse function, which smoothly regulates the pulse frequency to up to 200 Hz, allowing work with thin sheets. Compact dimensions and low weight (just 10 kg) along with practical gas connection with quick coupling make using this welding machine very convenient.

ANTISTICKING - a system that blocks the electrode from sticking. The electrode no longer sticks and does not become hot as with traditional machines.

HOT START - facilitates arc ignition. HOT START function sends a current pulse at the moment the electrode touches the workpiece, thereby facilitating the arc ignition.

ARC FORCE - stable welding arc maintenance. ARC FORCE function is required to prevent electrode "sticking" and to increase the stability of the arc burning – when metal splatter detaches, the current automatically increases to the optimal value, which prevents electrode sticking during welding or cutting.
This system is important when working with responsible structures and using electrodes with basic, cellulosic, rutile, and iron powder coatings.
