The Arc Force function is necessary to prevent electrode sticking and to increase arc burning stability - when the distance between the electrode and the molten metal increases, the current automatically increases to the optimal level, which prevents electrode sticking during welding or cutting. This system is important when working with critical structures and using electrodes with basic, rutile, ilmenite, rutile, and cellulose coatings.
