The DIGITIG PULSE AC/DC 200GD digital welding machine is a new generation device designed for professional use. It is manufactured using IGBT technologies and has digital control. The welding machine is used for manual TIG welding of steel and non-ferrous metals. Both continuous and alternating current can be used for welding. The device has MMA welding capability.

The DIGITIG PULSE AC/DC 200GD welding machine allows complete regulation and control of the arc and pulse welding parameters. It has the following functions: HF, VRD, ARC FORCE, HOT START, 2T/4T. The device has a convenient screen that displays the welding current.

The device has a last settings memory, i.e., after the device has been turned off and then on, the last set parameters are restored. There is also the possibility to save 10 sets of pulse and welding current settings.

Features of the DIGITIG PULSE AC/DC 200GD welding machine:

VRD - reduction of no-load voltage to a safe level, providing protection against electric shock (MMA). This function meets the regional directives and safety standards requirements around the world.

ARC FORCE - maintaining stable welding arc (MMA). ARC FORCE is necessary to prevent electrode "sticking" and increase the stability of arc burning – at the moment when the metal slag separates, the current automatically increases to the optimal value, which avoids electrode sticking during welding or cutting. The system is important when working with responsible structures and using electrodes with basic, rutile, ilmenite, rutile, and cellulose coatings.

HOT START - facilitates arc ignition (MMA). HOT START function provides a current impulse at the moment when the electrode touches the workpiece, thus facilitating arc ignition.

2T/4T – the ability to choose one of two working modes
