JASIC EVO20 TIG 200P ACDC E2S12 is a digital AC/DC welding machine featuring advanced technology and excellent performance. This welding machine can weld: TIG AC (alternating) and DC (direct) current, TIG spot welding with AC and DC current, SMAW, and has TIG AC DC current pulse function. Its unique electronic structure and internal air channel design improve heat dissipation, thereby extending the working cycle of the welding machine. The unit also has a separated air channel design to protect important components from water and dust ingress, significantly improving the reliability of the equipment. The device is characterized by excellent welding performance, high functionality, high efficiency, compact dimensions, and low weight. There is an option to attach a water cooling accessory (not included in the standard package).

TIG welding uses a filler material and tungsten electrode operating in an inert gas environment. This type of welding is slow but forms exceptionally beautiful and high-quality welding seams. The JASIC EVO20 TIG 200P ACDC E2S12 welding machine has HF (high frequency) and Lift-TIG arc ignition.

MMA welding indicators are significantly improved by an excellent control algorithm: easier arc ignition, stable welding current, minimal spatter, non-sticking electrodes, good shaping, adaptability to welding cable length or diameter. (MMA welding requires an additional electrode holder, not included in the package).

The Smart Lift-TIG function eliminates welding defects by monitoring the arc and stopping if necessary, detects short circuit caused by accidental contact of the tungsten tip with the workpiece, continues welding, improves arc ignition success rate, and effectively avoids tungsten tip sticking, contamination, and damage.

The welding machine has a removable side plate for easy servicing, and a reinforced construction for shock resistance. The HD digital panel with ClearVision ensures clear parameter display, visible in direct sunlight. The inclined front grille ensures excellent heat dissipation efficiency and protection from ingress efficiency (IP23S) balance. The simplified integrated handle improves the overall aesthetics of the power source and ensures a firm grip even when the user is wearing gloves. The control panel is tilted at a 45-degree angle, ensuring a good balance of visibility and operability comfort. The control panel area is increased by 41%, compared to vertically arranged control panels. There is an option for remote control.
