Features of the DIGITIG 210P welding machine:

HOT START - facilitates the ignition of the arc. The HOT START function triggers a current impulse at the moment the electrode touches the workpiece, thereby facilitating the ignition of the arc.

ARC FORCE – maintaining a stable welding arc. The ARC FORCE function is necessary to prevent electrode sticking and to increase the stability of the arc ignition – at the moment when the molten metal peel separates, the current automatically increases to the optimal level, which prevents the electrode from sticking during welding or cutting.

The system is crucial when working with critical structures and using electrodes with basic, rutile, ilmenite, rutile, and cellulose coatings.
