Spartus EasyTIG 203P DC Welding Machine

SPARTUS® Easy TIG 203P DC is a compact and easy-to-use welding machine. It allows welding in TIG Lift/HF and MMA modes within a 10-200A range. The device is powered from a single-phase network. Easy TIG 203P DC is lightweight and highly maneuverable, making it perfect for outdoor work.

The welding machine has a clearly understandable and simplified control panel to the minimum - just a multifunctional handle and two buttons.

Despite its simple structure, this welding device has advanced features. During TIG welding, it's possible to adjust the gas flow time before and after welding, as well as the current rise and fall time. Moreover, the device has a pulse welding function, making this welding machine ideal for welding very thin elements. Depending on the welder's needs, the device can operate in either 2T or 4T mode. During MMA welding, the Arc Force and Hot Start functions can be adjusted.

The HOT START function facilitates arc ignition. This function emits a current pulse at the moment the electrode touches the workpiece, thereby easing the arc ignition.

ARC FORCE is for maintaining a stable welding arc. The ARC FORCE function is necessary to prevent electrode sticking and to increase arc burning stability – at the moment when the electrode metal droplet separates, the current automatically increases to the optimal value, which allows avoiding electrode sticking during welding or cutting. This system is important when working with responsible structures and using electrodes with basic, stainless, ilmenite, rutile, and cellulose coatings.
