The Digitig 200DC welding machine is a digitally controlled device manufactured with the latest IGBT technology. It is designed for professional use. Suitable for TIG HF and TIG Lift welding and also has a wide MMA welding capability.

The Digitig 200DC allows for digital control of welding arc and pulse characteristics when working with the TIG method and VRD, ARC FORCE, and HOT START functions when working with the MMA method. The device can operate in 2T / 4T modes and has separate screens showing welding current and memory sets.

The Digitig 200DC has last setting memory, i.e., when the device is turned off and then on again, the last set parameters are restored. Moreover, the device can remember up to 30 setting sets.

Features of the DIGITIG 200DC welding machine:

HOT START - facilitates arc ignition (MMA). The HOT START function gives a current impulse at the moment the electrode touches the workpiece which facilitates arc ignition.

ARC FORCE - maintaining a stable welding arc (MMA). The ARC FORCE function is necessary to prevent electrode 'sticking' and to increase the arc burning stability – at the moment when the slag from the electrode metal flakes off, the current automatically increases to the optimal value, which helps prevent electrode sticking during welding or cutting. The system is important when working with responsible structures and using electrodes with basic, acid, ilmenite, rutile, and cellulose coatings.

VRD - reducing idle voltage to a safe level to ensure protection against electric shock (MMA). This function complies with global regional directives and safety standards requirements.
