DIGITIG 200 VISION AC/DC is an advanced power source designed for professional TIG welding of steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals using both DC and AC current. The device also offers MMA welding functionality, significantly increasing its versatility in workshops and industrial environments.

The welding machine provides fully digital control of welding parameters, enabling precise adjustment of arc characteristics, pulse operation, and AC parameters. The most important feature of this unit for professionals is advanced AC balance control—both width and depth—which allows precise control of heat input into the material and effective removal of oxide layers, especially when welding aluminum. It is also possible to adjust the AC frequency and select the waveform to fully optimize the welding process.

The welder allows welding current adjustment directly from the TIG torch handle, giving the welder direct control of the weld pool during welding—without needing to interrupt the process or change settings on the control panel.

DIGITIG 200 VISION AC/DC features memory for 10 welding programs for each mode, allowing quick recall of saved settings. In MMA mode, it is also possible to adjust functions such as Anti Stick, Hot Start, Arc Force, and VRD.

For TIG welding, the unit offers four control modes: 2T, 4T, spot welding, Repeat function.

All key welding parameters are displayed simultaneously on the easy-to-read LCD screen.

Fan stop technology reduces noise by automatically switching off the fan under low loads. The shielding gas connector compatible with the R21 quick coupling simplifies operation and speeds up gas changes.

The device is intended for use in a professional environment—indoors or under a roof, without direct exposure to environmental conditions.
