- Torch button allows activation of reduced secondary welding current.
- Adjustable current rise and fall time.
- Adjustable pre-gas delivery and gas post-flow time.
- Welding with stick electrodes.
- Current setting option.
- Anti stick function - a system that blocks the electrode from sticking. The electrode does not stick or get red like with traditional devices.
- Hot Start - facilitates arc ignition. Hot Start function sends a current pulse at the moment the electrode touches the workpiece, making it easier to ignite the arc.
- Arc Force - maintaining stable welding arc. Arc Force function is necessary to prevent electrode "sticking" and to increase arc stability - when the electrode metal drop separates, the current automatically increases to the optimal value, which helps to avoid electrode sticking during welding or cutting. This system is important when working on responsible structures and using electrodes with base, rutile, ilmenite, rutile, and cellulose coating.
