Bessey GH50 Lever Clamp, Metal Ceramic, Max. Clamping Length 500 mm

Fast, reliable, and powerful clamping tool. Thanks to the optimized guide profile, the clamp has high force reserves for uniform distribution of clamping force. The release lever is equipped with anti-slip protection. Very fast operation – the clamp can be applied and removed 5 times faster than standard clamps. The lever clamp is very reliable and resistant to vibration. Powerful clamping force up to 8500N.

The lever clamp is characterized by its lightness, shape stability, and resistance to twisting. The Original BESSEY lever clamp is particularly suitable for use when you need to use many clamps without vibration and while saving time

Main advantages:

• Reliable locking mechanism. The locking mechanism guarantees controlled, quick, and vibration-resistant tension. The extremely wear-resistant eccentric ensures a long service life.
• Maximum stability. High force reserves are achieved due to the optimized profile shape and are necessary for uniform distribution of clamping forces. The mounting bracket and support plate are made from a single enhanced steel billet, increasing their resistance to wear.
• Toothed movable bracket. The moving bracket has teeth cut into it, made of improved steel. For a long service life.
• Ergonomic tensioning and release levers. The tensioning lever with a powder coating has a particularly ergonomic shape. The release lever is plastic-coated and has anti-slip protection, lying securely in the hand when the clamp is released.
