Bessey SG-25HS clamp with lever, max. clamping length 300 mm

The SGHS clamp with lever is a clamp with a heavy and very sturdy design, ensuring a clamping force of up to 9500N. And most importantly: it can be set up and removed 5 times faster than a traditional clamp. The clamp uses natural lever force and achieves a high clamping force with very little effort. The lever clamp is particularly well-suited for use when you need to use many clamps without vibration and saving time.

Main advantages:

• Reliable locking mechanism. The locking mechanism ensures dosed, quick, and vibration-resistant clamping. A particularly wear-resistant eccentric guarantees a long service life.
• Maximum stability. Large force reserves are obtained due to the optimized profile shape and are necessary for an even distribution of clamping forces. The mounting bracket and support plate are made from a single piece of enhanced steel, which increases their wear resistance.
• Serrated moving holder. The moving holder is cut with teeth and made from enhanced steel. For a long service life.
• Ergonomic tightening and release levers. The tightening lever with a powder coating has an especially ergonomic shape. The release lever is covered with plastic and has a slip-proof protection, lying reliably in the hand when the clamp is released.
