Bessey ClassiX GSH40 Clamp with Lever, max. clamping length 400 mm

The GSH lever clamp is a fast, reliable, and powerful clamping tool. This clamp is lightweight, convenient, has a stable form, and is resistant to twisting. Most importantly: it is mounted and removed 5 times faster than a traditional clamp. The clamp uses natural lever force and achieves high clamping force with very little effort. The lever clamp is especially suitable for use when you need to use many clamps without vibration while saving time.

Main Advantages:

Reliable locking mechanism
The locking mechanism guarantees dosed, quick, and vibration-resistant tension. The especially wear-resistant eccentric ensures a long service life.

Maximum stability
High force reserves are obtained thanks to the optimized profile shape which is necessary for a uniform distribution of clamping forces. The mounting bracket and support plate are made from a single piece of improved steel, which increases their wear resistance.

Toothed moving holder
The moving holder is cut with teeth and made from improved steel. For a long service life.

Ergonomic tensioning and release levers
The tensioning lever with a powder coating has a particularly ergonomic shape. The release lever is coated with plastic and has a non-slip protection, ensuring it fits reliably in hand when the clamp is being released.
