Bessey GH100 Lever Clamp, Metal Ceramic, Max. Clamping Length 1000 mm

Fast, reliable, and powerful clamping device. With an optimized guide profile length, the clamp has high force reserves for even distribution of clamping force. The release lever comes with anti-slip protection. Extremely fast operation – the clamp can be applied and removed 5 times faster than regular clamps. The lever clamp is very reliable and resistant to vibration. Powerful clamping force up to 8500N.

The lever clamp is characterized by its light weight, form stability, and resistance to twisting. The Original BESSEY lever clamp is especially suitable for use when you need to employ multiple clamps without vibration and saving time

Main Advantages:

• Reliable locking mechanism. The locking mechanism guarantees controlled, quick, and vibration-resistant tension. The eccentric that is especially resistant to wear ensures a long service life.
• Maximum stability. High force reserves obtained by the optimized profile shape are necessary for uniform distribution of clamping forces. The fixing bracket and support plate are made from a single enhanced steel billet, which increases their resistance to wear.
• Serrated moving bracket. The moving bracket has grooves cut into it and is made from enhanced steel. For a long service life.
• Ergonomic tensioning and release levers. The tension lever with powder coating has a particularly ergonomic shape. The release lever covered with plastic has anti-slip protection and fits securely in hand when the clamp is being released.
