Bessey SG-50HS Lever Clamp, max. clamping length 500 mm

The SGHS lever clamp is a clamp with a heavy and very sturdy construction, which ensures a clamping force up to 9500N. And most importantly: it can be set up and removed 5 times faster than a traditional clamp. The clamp uses the natural force of a lever and already with very little effort, it achieves a high clamping force. The lever clamp is particularly well suited for use when you need to employ numerous clamps without vibration and while saving time.

Main advantages:

• Reliable locking mechanism. The locking mechanism guarantees a controlled, quick, and vibration-resistant tension. A particularly wear-resistant eccentric ensures a long service life.
• Maximum stability. Large reserves of strength are gained through the optimized profile shape, necessary for an even distribution of clamping forces. The mounting bracket and support plate are made from a single enhanced steel billet, which increases their wear resistance.
• Toothed movable bracket. The movable bracket is manufactured from enhanced steel and has teeth cut into it, ensuring a long service life.
• Ergonomic tightening and releasing levers. The tightening lever has an ergonomic shape and is powder-coated. The releasing lever is plastic-coated and has a non-slip protection, laying securely in the hand when the clamp is being released.
