Bessey GH20 Lever Clamp, Metal Ceramic, Max. Clamping Length 200 mm

Fast, reliable, and powerful clamping device. Due to the optimized guiding profile, the clamp has large force reserves for even distribution of clamping force. The release lever has a non-slip protection. Very quick operation – the clamp can be placed and removed 5 times faster than conventional clamps. The lever clamp is very reliable and resistant to vibration. Powerful clamping force up to 8500N.

The lever clamp is characterized by its lightness, shape stability, and resistance to twist. The Original BESSEY lever clamp is particularly suitable for use when you need to use many clamps without vibration and saving time

Main advantages:

• Reliable locking mechanism. The locking mechanism guarantees metered, quick, and vibration-resistant tension. The eccentric, highly resistant to wear, guarantees a long service life.
• Maximum stability. Large force reserves are obtained thanks to the optimized shape of the profile and are necessary for the uniform distribution of clamping forces. The mounting bracket and base plate are made from a single high-grade steel billet, which increases their wear resistance.
• Toothed moving bracket. The moving bracket has integrated teeth and is made from improved steel. For a long service life.
• Ergonomic tensioning and release levers. The tensioning lever with a powder coating has a particularly ergonomic shape. The release lever is coated with plastic and has a non-slip guard, it lies securely in the hand when the clamp is being released.
