Bessey ClassiX GSH25 lever clamp, max. clamping length 250 mm

The GSH lever clamp is a fast, reliable, and powerful clamping tool. This clamp is lightweight, convenient, has a stable form, and is resistant to twisting. And importantly: it can be set and removed 5 times faster than a traditional clamp. The clamp uses natural lever force, and with very little effort, it achieves a high clamping force. The lever clamp is especially useful when you need to use many clamps without vibration and while saving time.

Main advantages:

Reliable locking mechanism
The locking mechanism ensures metered, quick, and vibration-resistant tension. A particularly wear-resistant eccentric guarantees a long service life.

Maximum stability
Large force reserves are obtained thanks to the optimized profile shape and are needed for an even distribution of clamping forces. The mounting bracket and support plate are made from a single enhanced steel billet, increasing their wear resistance.

Dentated moving bracket
Teeth are cut into the moving bracket, which is made from enhanced steel. For a long service life.

Ergonomic tensioning and releasing levers
The tensioning lever with a powder coating has a particularly ergonomic shape. The releasing lever is plastic coated and has a slip-proof protection, lying securely in the hand when the clamp is being released.
