Bessey GH60 Lever Clamp, Metal Ceramic, Max. Clamping Length 600 mm

Fast, reliable, and powerful clamping device. Thanks to the optimized guiding profile, the clamp has high force reserves for even distribution of clamping force. The release lever has anti-slip protection. Very fast operation - the clamp can be applied and removed 5 times faster than traditional clamps. The lever clamp is very reliable and resistant to vibration. Powerful clamping force up to 8500N.

The lever clamp is characterized by its lightness, shape stability, and resistance to twisting. The Original BESSEY lever clamp is especially well suited for use when you need to use many clamps without vibration and saving time

Main advantages:

• Reliable locking mechanism. The locking mechanism ensures measured, quick, and vibration-resistant tension. The specially wear-resistant eccentric guarantees a long service life.
• Maximum stability. High force reserves are obtained due to the optimized profile shape and are required for uniform distribution of clamping forces. The clamping bracket and support plate are made from a single enhanced steel billet, which increases their wear resistance.
• Serrated moving bracket. The moving bracket has serrations and is made of enhanced steel. For a long service life.
• Ergonomic tensioning and release levers. The tensioning lever with a powder coating has a particularly ergonomic shape. The release lever is coated in plastic and has anti-slip protection, it fits securely in hand when the clamp is released.
