SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 is a modern, inverter semi-automatic welding machine designed for users who need high performance, a stable arc, and consistent results in everyday workshop and industrial work. The three-phase 400 V power supply, maximum 350 A welding current, and 60% duty cycle provide enough power for demanding fabrication, assembly, and service tasks.
The unit supports MIG/MAG processes in manual and synergic mode, as well as TIG Lift and MMA. This makes the XPro MIG 350 a versatile welding center.
MIG/MAG welding – efficiency, stability and arc control
The main application area of the SPARTUS XPro MIG 350 is the MIG/MAG process. Users can work in manual mode, which provides complete freedom of settings, or use synergic programs that significantly speed up machine setup.
Synergy makes it faster to select parameters for the material, wire diameter, and shielding gas, reducing the risk of incorrect settings. This is especially important in workshop and production environments where not only welding quality matters, but also setup time and consistent results.
The unit offers advanced torch operating modes: 2T, 4T, S2T, S4T and SPOT. Classic 2T and 4T modes allow easy adjustment for short or long welds, while the extended S2T and S4T modes allow control of the start and end of the process. This enables the operator to precisely control arc ignition, initial current, final parameters, and weld termination.
SPOT mode enables repeatable spot welds, increasing precision on workpieces that require controlled welding time. Inductance control allows the arc to be adapted to the material and welding position – from a softer arc to a more dynamic and more concentrated one. This means better penetration control, greater process stability, and reduced spatter.
SPARTUS XPro MIG 350 provides the user with comprehensive control of the welding process. In the settings menu, you can adjust gas pre-flow and post-flow, soft start, arc start and end parameters, etc.
The Slow Feed function ensures controlled, slow wire feeding during start-up, making it easier to achieve stable arc ignition and reducing the risk of process interruptions. Burn Back allows the wire feed to be stopped correctly, reducing the risk of the wire sticking to the weld pool or contact tip. These functions significantly improve working comfort and welding quality.
Synergic programs for the XPro MIG 350 welding machine
SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 offers synergy programs for the most commonly used materials. The unit allows work with materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and self-shielded wire. Synergy enables the operator to start welding faster and then fine-tune parameters based on experience and the requirements of the specific joint. This combines automatic settings with the ability to make informed process adjustments.

Integrated 4-roller wire feed mechanism
Stable wire feeding is essential for high-quality MIG/MAG welding. SPARTUS XPro MIG 350 features a built-in four-roller wire feeder, ensuring smooth and consistent material feeding.
The feeder is inside the housing and has a convenient viewing window and internal lighting, making it easy to check the spool, wire guide, and roller alignment. This is especially useful when changing wire, working in poorly lit areas, or performing a quick check before welding. In addition, the space for spare rollers in the feeder provides convenient access to frequently used accessories without requiring extra workspace.
The unit also supports the connection of a Spool Gun torch, which expands the ability to work with soft wires, especially aluminum. This solution improves feed stability and reduces problems caused by long wire runs.
Electromagnetic compatibility (EMS)
SPARTUS XPro MIG 350 features high electromagnetic compatibility (EMS), ensuring stable, interference-free operation in demanding industrial environments. The unit is designed not to interfere with other devices and control systems while maintaining resistance to external interference. This ensures reliable operation in environments where automation, robots, and modern production facilities are used.
20 memory channels – repeatability without wasting time
The unit offers 20 memory channels that allow you to save your welding parameter settings. This greatly simplifies work with repetitive workpieces, different materials, or recurring production tasks. The operator can save proven configurations and quickly return to them without having to reconfigure all parameters. The result is shorter setup time, lower risk of errors, and better process repeatability.
TIG Lift and MMA – a wider range of applications
SPARTUS XPro MIG 350 is not limited to MIG/MAG welding only. TIG Lift mode enables precise DC TIG welding with touch ignition without using high frequency (HF). This is a practical solution for jobs that require greater control and aesthetics.
In MMA mode, the unit offers up to 300 A welding current and Hot Start, Arc Force and VRD functions. Hot Start makes electrode ignition easier, Arc Force stabilizes the arc during welding, and VRD increases work safety by reducing open-circuit voltage. In addition, the unit offers constant-current MMA and constant-power modes, enabling better adaptation of operating characteristics to conditions and operator preferences.
Easy operation and a clear LCD panel
A modern control panel with a clear LCD display provides quick access to the most important functions and parameters. The interface helps the user select the process, material, wire diameter, and additional settings, making operation intuitive even with the machine’s broad capabilities. During welding, the main operating parameters are displayed on the screen, allowing continuous monitoring of the process and quick response to specific job requirements.
Wider operating range, fewer limitations
A well-thought-out cable configuration – a 3-meter welding torch, grounding cable, and power cable – provides real freedom of movement with large components and reduces the need for frequent repositioning. The 3-meter gas hose with a quick-connect coupling speeds up connection and simplifies workplace organization, increasing work efficiency.
Stable trolley and practical design
SPARTUS XPro MIG 350 is mounted on a stable transport trolley with space for a gas cylinder. This design makes it easier to organize the workplace, move the unit, and work in different areas of the workshop or production hall.
The IP23S protection class increases the unit’s resistance to demanding operating conditions, while the robust housing and well-thought-out component layout allow the XPro MIG 350 to be used intensively every day.
An additional advantage of the unit is the smart cooling control system (Fan Stop), which turns the fan on only when needed. This means quieter operation, less dust intake, and longer component service life.
Technology designed for efficient and repeatable work
SPARTUS XPro MIG 350 is a semi-automatic welding machine for users who need efficiency, stability, and true process control. It combines 350 A power, a 60% duty cycle, synergy, extensive MIG/MAG settings, a 4-roller feeder, and program memory in one portable unit.
