Sherman MIG 450M/4R MIG welding machine, 450A, 400V

The MIG 450M semi-automatic welding machine is an inverter device designed for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals in MMA and MIG/MAG modes. The welder can work with a standard liquid-cooled MIG/MAG torch up to 500A (included), a gas-cooled torch up to 360A (not included), and a Spool Gun torch (not included). The MIG 450M enables MIG/MAG welding using both standard gas-shielded wires and self-shielded flux-cored wires. The welder works with D200 (5 kg) and D300 (15 kg) wire spools.

The feed compartment lighting and the guide roller holder significantly simplify replacing the wire spool and guide roller and keeping things tidy. Shielding gas is connected with a quick-connect fitting, so it can be changed quickly and easily. The fan stop function switches off the fan at low load, reducing noise and improving user comfort.

The unit has an integrated cooling device and a liquid-cooled MIG/MAG welding torch. The cooling device features a flow sensor with a visual and audible signal. The flow sensor activates the alarm when the coolant flow is interrupted due to clogged water lines, an open coolant circuit, or a low coolant level in the cooler.

The coolant reservoir is illuminated to make it easy to monitor the fluid level.
