Sherman MIG 300M/4R MIG welder, 300A, 400V

The MIG 300M welding machine is a second-generation unit using IGBT technology. It is designed for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals using shielding gas (MIG/MAG) and coated electrodes (MMA). It can also be used for gasless welding with self-shielded wire. The welder can be connected to a SpoolGun-type torch with 100 mm diameter wire spools (this torch is not included; to purchase it, please contact MasterCity.lt consultants).

The unit is powered from a three-phase 3x400V power supply. It is equipped with a professional 4-roll wire feed unit with continuously adjustable feed speed. There is also the option to adjust the welding voltage for MIG/MAG welding and the welding current for MMA welding. The unit features a 2T/4T switch and inductance control for welding thin sheets. The device works with K-200 (5 kg) and K300 (15 kg) wire spools.

The lighting of the wire feed chamber and the guide roller holder significantly simplify changing the spool and guide roller and maintaining order. The shielding gas is connected via a quick-connect fitting, so it can be changed quickly and easily. The fan stop function switches the fan off at low load, which reduces noise and improves user comfort.
