The BMW ER70S-6 wire is a copper-coated wire with an increased Mn-Si content. G3Si1/ER70S-6 solid wire is intended for welding unalloyed steel by the MAG (GMAW) method. Application - construction structures, pressure vessels, and shipbuilding. The wire features a stable chemical composition and low P and S content, ensuring stable arc burning and low spatter. Protective gases used are Ar/CO2 or pure CO2 gases.
