SPARTUS Multi Pro 200 4in1 Combined Welding Machine, 200A, 230V

SPARTUS® Multi Pro 200 4in1 is a high-quality welding machine, manufactured using PWM and IGBT technologies. It allows you to weld using MIG, TIG AC, TIG DC, and MMA methods, with up to 200A current. The device is powered by a single-phase 230V network. The welding machine offers numerous possibilities for thin metal welding methods.

MIG welding

The Multi Pro 200 4in1 has a synergic system with the option to select these programs: welding of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, flux-cored wire welding and brazing. All program parameters can be adjusted manually. When adjusting, the machine indicates the material thickness and wire feed speed. The device also operates in manual mode.

The welding machine has the following features supporting the MIG welding process:

• 2T / 4T operation mode
• Burn Back
• Slow Feed (slow feed)
• pre-gas and post-gas
• inductance adjustment

A high-quality two-roller wire feed mechanism ensures stable wire feeding. A very important advantage of this welding machine is the ability to connect a Spool Gun type torch.

TIG welding

Thanks to the latest technologies, the Multi Pro 200 4in1 device allows advanced welding in TIG AC and TIG DC modes with HF or Lift ignition. Moreover, the device has a pulse welding function, thus it's perfectly suitable for welding very thin sheet metal and aluminum.

During TIG welding, the following functions are used:

• selection of AC waveform: rectangular, sinusoidal, triangular
• 2T / 4T operation modes - allows adjusting balance, current frequency, pulse frequency, pulse width, and pulse current
• current rise and fall time adjustment
• spot welding (SPOT)

MMA welding

The Multi Pro 200 4in1 has all MMA AC and MMA DC welding capabilities. During MMA welding, it’s possible to adjust the Arc Force and Hot Start functions.

Hot Start makes arc ignition easier. This function sends a current pulse the moment the electrode touches the workpiece, thus facilitating arc ignition.

Arc Force is for stable maintenance of the welding arc. The Arc Force function is necessary to prevent electrode sticking and to increase arc burning stability - when the electrode's metal droplet detaches, the current automatically increases to the optimum level, which prevents electrode sticking during welding or cutting. The system is important for working with responsible structures and using electrodes with basic, acidic, ilmenite, rutile, and cellulose coatings.
