The SPARTUS® MasterMIG 250PFC SYNERGY welding machine is a professional, portable, multi-process semi-automatic welding machine. Designed for MIG / MAG, TIG, and MMA welding. The device is powered by a single-phase 230V network. The device is made using the latest technologies (IGBT power transistors, MCU controller, PWM technology, PFC filter). All these technological solutions ensure stable operation under various working conditions, therefore the device features exceptional arc characteristics and excellent welding quality. The welding machine has a high-resolution 480x320px color LCD screen.

The device has several features supporting MIG / MAG welding processes:

• Synergic MIG / MAG welding mode: 20 programs.
• Wave Control - precise arc dynamics control. This feature ensures complete control over the welding arc.
• Burn Back - precise adjustment of the welding wire burning rate reduces the risk that the welding wire will be stuck to the contact tip.
• Soft Feeding - smooth wire feeder start-up, especially recommended when welding at high current strength and speed. Smooth wire feed start eliminates the risk of welding defects at the beginning of welding.
• 2T / 4T - allows selecting one of the two working modes.
• "Spool Gun" - the possibility of welding using a "Spool gun" type welding torch.

During MMA welding, Hot Start, Art Force, and VRD functions are available:

• HOT START - facilitates arc ignition (MMA). The HOT START function initiates a current pulse at the moment the electrode touches the workpiece, thereby making it easier to ignite the arc.
• ARC FORCE - maintaining a stable welding arc (MMA). The ARC FORCE function is necessary to prevent electrode "sticking" and to increase the stability of the arc burning – at the moment when the electrode's metal slag backs away, the current automatically increases to the optimal value, which allows avoiding electrode sticking during welding or cutting. This system is important while working with responsible structures and using electrodes with basic, rutile, ilmenite, rutile, and cellulose coatings.
• VRD - reducing open-circuit voltage to a safe level to ensure protection against electric shock (MMA). This function meets regional guidelines and safety standards worldwide.

"SPARTUS® Pro MIG 250PFC Synergy" has a professional four-roller wire feeder that allows working with a long welding torch, regardless of the type of used wire. Despite its small, compact size and weight, the device is compatible with standard spools with D200 and D300 welding wire up to 15 kg.
