Sherman DIGIMIG 360GDS synergic inverter welding machine, 360A, 400V

The synergic welding machine DIGIMIG 360GDS is used for manual welding of steel and colored metals. It allows welding MMA, TIG Lift, and MIG/MAG methods. There is an option to attach a Spool Gun type torch with a mini wire feeder and D100 wire spool.

Welding with the MIG/MAG method can be performed using manual or synergic mode. The synergic mode simplifies the use of the device and allows welding for those with less experience and hobbyists. Polarity change is possible. During MIG/MAG welding, inductance and gas flow timing can be regulated.

During MMA welding, it is possible to regulate Arc Force, Hot Start functions, and turn off/on the Anti Stick and VRD functions.

This welding machine is intended for use indoors or in areas under a roof where the machine would not be subjected to direct weather conditions.

Description of welding machine features:

• HOT START - facilitates arc ignition (MMA). The HOT START function provides a current pulse when the electrode touches the workpiece, thereby making arc ignition easier.
• ARC FORCE - maintains a stable welding arc (MMA). The ARC FORCE function is necessary to prevent the electrode from "sticking" and to increase the stability of arc burning – at the moment when the electrode's metal splashes, the current automatically increases to the optimal value, which prevents the electrode from sticking during welding or cutting. This system is crucial when working with responsible structures and using electrodes with basic, acidic, ilmenite, rutile, and cellulose coatings.
• ANTISTICK - a system that prevents electrode sticking. The electrode no longer sticks or overheats, unlike with traditional devices.
• VRD - reduces no-load voltage to a safe level, ensuring protection against electric shock (MMA). This function meets global regulatory requirements and safety standards.
