Sherman DIGIMIG 350 COMBO LCD Synergic Welding Machine, 350A, 400V

The DIGIMIG 350 COMBO LCD Synergic Welding Machine is designed for welding steel and non-ferrous metals as well as soldering thin galvanized sheets. It allows welding with MMA, Lift TIG, and MIG methods. The MIG method can be used in manual mode and using synergic programs. Polarity change is possible.

The welding machine is easy to use: digital control, very large (7-inch) color LCD screen, intuitive menu, and synergic programs for carbon steel and aluminum alloys greatly simplify the device's operation.

During MMA welding, it is possible to adjust the HOT START and ARC FORCE functions and turn off VRD.

• HOT START - facilitates arc ignition. This function initiates a current surge at the moment the electrode touches the workpiece, easing arc ignition.
• ARC FORCE - supports stable welding arc. This function is needed to prevent electrode sticking and improve arc burning stability – when the slag from the electrode metal shell separates, the current automatically increases to the optimal value, preventing electrode sticking during welding or cutting. The system is important when working with critical structures and using electrodes with basic, rutile, ilmenite, rutile, and cellulose coatings.
• VRD - reduces no-load voltage to a safe level to ensure protection from electric shock. This function complies with global regional directives and safety standards.

A hook for the torch on the welding machine's body helps maintain order and increases work safety. The Fan Stop function turns off the fans when the welding machine is under low load, significantly reducing noise levels.
