The synergic semi-automatic welding machine DIGIMIG 200X Synergic is an innovative device intended for the welding of steel and non-ferrous metals using MIG/MAG, MMA, and TIG Lift modes. It can also be used for the welding of thin (up to 3 mm) galvanized sheets. The welding machine is capable of working with a Spool Gun. This equipment is designed for professionals who value high quality and reliability.

Digital control allows for full control over welding parameters. The use of synergic mode simplifies work with the semi-automatic machine and allows it to be used by less experienced individuals and hobbyists.

When using the MMA method, you can adjust the ARC FORCE and HOT START functions, and VRD and ANTI STICK functions can be enabled. This device has a last setting memory, i.e., when turned off and then back on, the last set parameters are restored. The easily readable color screen simplifies operation.

Welding machine features:

HOT START - facilitates arc ignition (MMA). The HOT START function initiates a current pulse when the electrode touches the workpiece, thus facilitating arc ignition.

ARC FORCE - maintains stable welding arc (MMA). The ARC FORCE function is necessary to prevent electrode “sticking” and to increase arc burning stability – when the electrode gets far from the molten metal pool, the current automatically increases to the optimum value, which prevents the electrode from sticking during welding or cutting. This system is important when working with critical structures and using electrodes with a basic, rutile, ilmenite, rutile, and cellulose coating.

ANTISTICK - a system that prevents electrode sticking. The electrode no longer sticks and does not get hot as with traditional devices.

VRD - reduces no-load voltage to a safe level to ensure protection against electric shock (MMA). This feature meets global regional directives and safety standard requirements.
