The DIGIMIG 200 Synergic welding device is a new generation device, designed for welding steel and non-ferrous metals using MIG/MAG, MMA, and TIG Lift modes. The welding device can work with the Spool Gun torch with a mini wire feeder and D100 steel or non-ferrous wire rolls.

Digital control allows for the adjustment of all welding parameters, characteristics, and dynamics. Using synergic mode simplifies working with the welding device and allows its use by less experienced individuals and hobbyists.

When working in MMA mode, you can adjust the ARC FORCE and HOT START functions, and the VRD and ANTI STICK functions can be activated. This device has a last setting memory, i.e., when turned off and on again, the last set parameters are restored. The easily readable color screen simplifies operation.

Features of the welding device:

HOT START - facilitates arc ignition (MMA). HOT START function triggers a current impulse the moment the electrode touches the workpiece, thus facilitating arc ignition.

ARC FORCE - maintains stable welding arc (MMA). ARC FORCE function is necessary to prevent electrode sticking and to increase arc burning stability - when welding slag peels off, the current automatically increases to the optimal level, which helps to avoid electrode sticking during welding or cutting. The system is crucial when working with responsible structures and using electrodes with basic, acid, ilmenite, rutile, and cellulose coatings.

ANTISTICK - a system that prevents electrode sticking. With this system, the electrode no longer sticks or gets hot, as with traditional devices.

VRD - reduces no-load voltage to a safe level to ensure protection from electric shock (MMA). This function meets global regional guidelines and safety standards requirements.
