Each GPPH welding table has various hole system options so the table can be adapted for different tasks and requirements in various industries. Thanks to their robust construction, stability, and precision, these tables are indispensable tools for professional welders and metal manufacturers. Additionally, each table can either have standard legs or legs with casters, allowing you to freely choose the solution that best matches your preferences and needs. The hole system option and leg type can be chosen at the time of purchase.
The traditional GPPH welding tables are divided into four unique series: EXPERT, PRO, PLUS, and ECO. The tables are made from high-resistance material S355J2+N according to the ISO 2768-1 standard, thus ensuring high durability and structural rigidity.
- EXPERT series guarantees efficiency and longevity in any case. This model's single leg lifting capacity is impressive – up to 1000 kg, making it an ideal choice for working with large and heavy constructions. The 25 mm thick tabletop with dense edges provides a firm foundation, ensuring stability and resistance to deformations. This table is perfect for advanced welding and metal processing projects where exceptional strength and precision are required.
- PRO series is distinguished by a high lifting capacity - up to 700 kg per leg. This series is an excellent choice for professional use, where accuracy and longevity are paramount. PRO tables are perfect for both manual and mechanized welding, ensuring that constructions are manufactured with high precision.
- PLUS series offers an excellent combination of efficiency and versatility, with each leg's lifting capacity being 500 kg. These tables are versatile and perfectly suited for various tasks, allowing you to flexibly perform different welding jobs. The PLUS series is an excellent choice for both smaller workshops and larger factories where reliability and efficiency are crucial.
- ECO series is the ideal choice for those in need of a sturdy table, with each leg's lifting capacity being 250 kg, yet at an affordable price. ECO series tables are perfect for smaller welding projects where precision is needed and the parts are not excessively heavy. This series offers an excellent price-quality ratio, as it ensures efficiency and longevity without straining your budget.
All EXPERT, PRO, PLUS, and ECO series welding tables ensure ergonomic and quick work, maintaining the highest precision and repeatability of manufactured constructions. Each tabletop has an engraved scale, serving as a reference point for positioning constructions and mounting tools. This helps welders to precisely arrange constructions to achieve the required dimensions, thereby achieving perfect welding quality.
An important element of the traditional GPPH welding tables is the dense rimming, which provides an ideally smooth working surface. On average, every 400 mm spaced edges, along with the solid and rigid tabletop structure, ensure maximum stability during work and protect against deformations, which is especially important when working with large and heavy constructions.
Additionally, the side walls of the GPPH welding tables are 200 mm in height, made adhering to a ±0.3° deviation tolerance, resulting in more accurate and repeatable welding results. All traditional GPPH welding table series have three rows of holes in the side walls. This allows for the attachment of additional tools and accessories, increasing work efficiency. The thickness of the tabletops varies across different series. In the ECO series, it is 8 mm, in the PLUS series - 12 mm, in the PRO series - 15 mm, and in the EXPERT series - as much as 25 mm.
The most important aspect of these tables is the tabletop flatness tolerance. In ECO series tables, it is ±0.5 mm, ensuring a stable and precise surface for welding components. On the other hand, the allowable deviation in PLUS, PRO, and EXPERT series tables is ±0.3 mm, ensuring an ideally flat working surface without unnecessary distortions.
Another advantage of the EXPERT, PRO, and PLUS series tables is the milled and threaded holes, including threaded holes at the bottom. This ensures easy and precise tool clamping adjustment. Hole tolerance is also an important feature. In the ECO series, it is ±0.1 mm, while in EXPERT, PRO, and PLUS series - only +0.05 mm. This ensures perfect tool mounting and accuracy.
