Welbach PROXUS 250C semi-automatic welder, 230V, 250 A

The Welbach semi-automatic welder is an excellent device for welding metal elements. It is perfectly suitable for work in factories, workshops, production, and construction sites. The PROXUS 250C model uses MIG / MAG welding methods for welding magnesium, copper, and other non-ferrous metals and their alloys. The semi-automatic welder is highly efficient, with a maximum welding current of 250A. The device is powered from a 230V network, making the semi-automatic widely usable. Welding parameters are very easy and convenient to control. Two LED screens display your set values. The PROXUS 250C is made using IGBT technology, making it more efficient than most devices. The semi-automatic is especially safe and has compact dimensions. The PROXUS 250C has a TIG Lift ignition, offering many advantages:

Features and functions:

• Made using IGBT technology, thus showcasing resistance to short circuits. IGBT is a newer extension of MOSFET technology.
• Powerful fans ensure optimal heat dissipation during device operation.
• Protective gases needed for TIG / MIG / MAG welding: inert (e.g., argon, helium), active (e.g., carbon dioxide) or mixes (e.g., 82% argon + 18% carbon dioxide). The gas flow is activated by a button on the handle, which activates a solenoid valve.
• A bushing marked with a ground symbol is located at the back of every device. Before starting work, it must be grounded with a wire, which thickness must be no less than 6 mm².

• 2T/4T welding modes
• The Hot Start Function makes it easier to ignite the electric arc by temporarily increasing the welding current when the electric arc is ignited. After ignition, the welding current returns to the set value.
• The Anti Stick function prevents the electrode from overheating when it sticks to the material because the current is automatically reduced.
