The SPARTUS® MasterMIG 250PFC SYNERGY welding machine is a professional, portable, multi-process semi-automatic welding unit. Designed for MIG / MAG, TIG and MMA welding. The device is powered from a single-phase 230V supply.  The machine is manufactured using the latest technologies (IGBT power transistors, MCU controller, PWM technology, PFC filter). All these technological solutions ensure stable operation under various working conditions, so the machine features exceptional arc characteristics and excellent weld quality. The welding machine has a high-resolution 480x320px color LCD display.

The device has several functions supporting MIG / MAG welding processes:

• Synergic MIG / MAG welding mode: 20 programs.
• Wave Control - precise adjustment of arc dynamics. This function ensures complete control of the welding arc.
• Burn Back - precise control of the welding wire burn-back speed reduces the risk of the welding wire sticking to the contact tip.
• Slow feed - smooth start-up of the wire feeder, especially recommended when welding at high amperage and high speed. A smooth wire feed start eliminates the risk of welding defects at the beginning of welding.
• 2T / 4T - you can choose one of two operating modes.
• „Spool Gun“ - the ability to weld using a „Spool gun“ type welding torch.

During MMA welding, Hot Start, Art Force and VRD functions are available:

• HOT START - facilitates arc ignition (MMA). The HOT START function applies a current pulse at the moment the electrode touches the workpiece, making arc ignition easier.
• ARC FORCE - maintaining a stable welding arc (MMA). The ARC FORCE function is needed to prevent the electrode from “sticking” and to increase arc stability – at the moment a droplet of electrode metal detaches, the current automatically increases to the optimal value, which helps prevent the electrode from sticking during welding or cutting. The system is important when working with critical structures and when using electrodes with basic, acidic, ilmenite, rutile and cellulose coatings.
• VRD - reduction of open-circuit voltage to a safe level to provide protection against electric shock (MMA). This function meets regional guidelines and safety standard requirements worldwide.

The „SPARTUS® Pro MIG 250PFC Synergy“ features a professional four-roll welding wire feeder, enabling work with a long welding gun regardless of the wire type used. Despite its compact size and low weight, the device is compatible with standard D200 and D300 welding wire spools up to 15 kg.
