SPARTUS set - EasyMIG 210S semi-automatic welder, 200A, 230V

The SPARTUS® EasyMIG 210S welding machine is a modern semi-automatic device manufactured using IGBT transistor technology. This machine is designed to work in MIG/MAG, TIG and MMA modes. Polarity change is possible. The maximum welding current for MIG/MAG and TIG methods is 200A, and for MMA - 160A. The device is powered from a 230 V single-phase mains supply. The EasyMIG 210S features synergic MIG/MAG operating modes with the possibility to adjust parameters manually. The professional wire feeder ensures smooth and even feeding of the welding wire.

Key welding machine functions:

• 2T / 4T operating modes.
• Welding inductance adjustment - control of bead width and penetration depth (MIG / MAG), reduction of weld spatter.
• HOT START - makes arc ignition easier (MMA). The HOT START function applies a current pulse at the moment the electrode touches the workpiece, making arc ignition easier.
• ARC FORCE - maintaining a stable welding arc (MMA). The ARC FORCE function is needed to prevent electrode “sticking” and to increase arc burning stability – at the moment a droplet of electrode metal detaches, the current automatically increases to the optimal value, which helps avoid electrode sticking during welding or cutting. The system is important when working on critical structures and when using electrodes with basic, acidic, ilmenite, rutile and cellulose coatings.
• VRD - reduces open-circuit voltage to a safe level to ensure protection against electric shock (MMA). This function meets regional guidelines and safety standard requirements worldwide.

 This semi-automatic welder stands out from others because it has an extremely easy-to-use synergic operating mode. You will always see all set data in front of your eyes.

1 - Selection of the gas used. You have the option to choose the type of gas you will use: CO2, Mix (CO2 and Argon mixture), and FLUX (self-shielded wire used without gas)
2 - 2 or 4-stroke welding modes (if you work in MMA mode, the light will indicate VRD status). 
2T mode
Press the torch/burner button to start welding, and release it to finish.
4T mode
To start, press and release the torch/burner button, weld without holding the button and stop the work by pressing and releasing the button again. This is especially useful for long welding jobs.
3 - Operating mode selection. MIG - the machine works as a semi-automatic welder, i.e. it welds with wire and gas (or without it if you use self-shielded wire); MMA - the machine welds with electrodes; TIG Lift - work with an additional TIG torch, tungsten electrodes and filler wire. 
4 - Wire diameter selection. The synergic mode works with 0.6 / 0.8 / 0.9 / 1.0 mm wire. SP - manual (classic) mode: you will have to adjust everything yourself - from wire feed speed to inductance. 
5 - Gas flow check. 
6 - Wire feed mechanism check. The mechanism has 4T operation: after pressing and releasing the button, the wire will start feeding; pressing and releasing again will stop feeding. 
7 - Additional functions: in manual MIG mode - inductance adjustment; in MMA mode - HOT START and ARC FORCE adjustment.
