SPARTUS EasyMIG 315 semi-automatic welding machine, 300A, 400V

SPARTUS® EasyMIG 315 is a modern semi-automatic welding machine made using IGBT transistor technology. It allows welding in MIG/MAG, TIG, and MMA modes. Additionally, the device can change the welding polarity. The maximum welding current for MIG/MAG and TIG methods is 300A, and for MMA method - 250A. The device is powered from a three-phase 400 V network.

Synergic programs for MIG/MAG welding with steel wires, whose diameter ranges from 0.8/1.0/1.2mm, are installed in the welding machine. Moreover, the welder has the possibility to manually adjust pre-set parameters.

Main features of the  EasyMIG 315 welding machine:

• 2T/4T - option to choose between one of the two working modes (in MIG/MAG mode).
• Inductance - surface width and penetration depth control (in MIG/MAG mode), reduction of welding spatter amount.
• Burn Back – accurately adjusting the end of the welding wire time, eliminates the risk that the welding wire will stick to the contact tip.
• Slow Feed - smooth start-up of wire feeder, especially recommended for welding with high currents and high wire feed speed.
• Hot Start – facilitates arc ignition (in MMA mode). Hot Start function applies a current pulse the moment the electrode touches the workpiece, making it easier to ignite the arc.
• Arc Force – maintains stable welding arc (in MMA mode). Arc Force function is necessary to prevent 'sticking' of the electrode and increase arc burning stability - at the moment when the electromagnetic metal splash occurs, the current automatically increases to the optimum value, which prevents electrode sticking during welding or cutting. This system is crucial when working with responsible structures and using electrodes with basic, rutile, ilmenite, rutile, and cellulose coating.
• Spool Gun capability – lightweight and durable welding torch with integrated wire feeder and spool in the torch (for MIG/MAG welding).
• VRD – reduction of no-load voltage to a safe level to ensure protection against electric shock (in MMA). This function meets global regional indications and safety standards requirements.
• High-class four-roller wire feeder ensures stable feed of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum welding wire.
• Stable output parameters guarantee proper seam quality.
