Sherman DIGIMIG 360 Pulse Synergic Inverter Welding Machine, 360A, 400V

The synergic welding machine DIGIMIG 360 PULSE is used for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals. It allows welding with MMA, TIG Lift, and MIG/MAG methods. There is an option to attach a Spool Gun type torch with a mini wire feeder and D100 wire spool.

Welding with the MIG/MAG method can be done using single or double pulse. During welding, manual or synergic mode can be used. Synergic mode simplifies the use of the device and allows welding for people with less experience and hobbyists. Polarity reversal is possible. During MIG/MAG welding, inductance, gas flow time, double pulse frequency, and width can be adjusted.

During MMA welding, Arc Force, Hot Start functions can be adjusted, and the Anti Stick and VRD functions can be turned on/off.

This welding machine is intended for use indoors or in areas under a roof where the machine would not be subjected to direct weather conditions.

Description of welding machine functions:

• HOT START - facilitates arc ignition (MMA). The HOT START function sends a current pulse when the electrode touches the workpiece, making arc ignition easier.
• ARC FORCE - maintains a stable welding arc (MMA). The ARC FORCE function prevents electrode "sticking" and increases arc burning stability – when electrode metal droplet detaches, the current automatically increases to the optimal value, preventing electrode sticking during welding or cutting. This system is crucial when working with responsible structures and using electrodes with basic, acid, ilmenite, rutile, and cellulose coating.
• ANTISTICK - prevents electrode sticking. The electrode doesn't stick or heat up red like with traditional devices.
• VRD - reduces the idle voltage to a safe level to ensure protection against electric shock (MMA). This function meets the safety standards and regulatory requirements worldwide.
