Sherman DIGIMIG 250 COMBO LCD Synergic Welding Machine, 250A, 400V

The synergic welding machine DIGIMIG 250 COMBO LCD is designed for welding steel and non-ferrous metals as well as soldering thin galvanized sheets. It allows welding by MMA, TIG Lift, and MIG methods. MIG method can be used in manual mode and using synergic programs. It allows polarity changes.

The welding machine is easy to use: digital control, very large (7 inches) color LCD display, intuitive menu, and synergic programs for carbon steel and aluminum alloys greatly simplify device operation.

During MMA welding, it is possible to adjust the HOT START and ARC FORCE functions and turn off the VRD.

• HOT START - facilitates arc ignition. This function generates a current pulse at the moment the electrode contacts the workpiece, thereby facilitating arc ignition.
• ARC FORCE - maintains a stable welding arc. This function is necessary to prevent electrode 'sticking' and increase arc burning stability – when the electrode distance increases, the current automatically increases to the optimal value, which prevents electrode sticking during welding or cutting. The system is important for working with critical structures and using electrodes with basic, rutile, ilmenite, rutile, and cellulose coatings.
• VRD - reduces no-load voltage to a safe level to ensure protection from electric shock. This function meets global regional directives and safety standards requirements.

There's a hook on the welding machine's body for the torch, which helps maintain order and increases work safety. The Fan Stop function turns off the fans at low welding machine load, significantly reducing noise level.
