The Sherman DIGIMIG 200 SIMPLE synergic welding machine is an easy-to-use device designed for welding steel and non-ferrous metals using MMA, TIG Lift, and MIG methods. It can also be used for soldering thin galvanized sheets. The MIG method can be used in both manual and synergic modes. The synergic mode substantially simplifies the operation of the device and makes it accessible to less experienced users and hobbyists. Polarity switching is possible. Digital control allows complete adjustment of welding parameters and arc dynamics.

During MMA welding, you can adjust HOT START and ARC FORCE functions and turn off VRD.

• HOT START - facilitates arc ignition. This function applies a current impulse at the moment the electrode touches the workpiece, making arc ignition easier.
• ARC FORCE - maintains stable welding arc. This function is necessary to prevent electrode sticking and increase the stability of arc burning – at the moment when the spatter gets away from the electrode metal, the current automatically increases to the optimal value, preventing electrode sticking during welding or cutting. The system is crucial when working with responsible constructions and using electrodes with basic, acidic, ilmenite, rutile, and cellulose coatings.
• VRD - reduces no-load voltage to a safe level to ensure protection against electric shock. This feature meets the regional directives and safety standards requirements worldwide.

The device has a last-setting memory, meaning it restores the last set parameters when turned off and on again.
