The synergic welding machine DIGIMIG 200 SIMPLE is a device that is simple to use, designed for welding steel and non-ferrous metals using MMA, TIG Lift, and MIG methods. It can also be used for brazing thin galvanized sheets. The MIG method can be used in manual and synergic modes. The synergic mode significantly simplifies the operation of the device and allows it to be used by less experienced individuals and hobbyists. Polarity change is possible. Digital control allows complete regulation of welding parameters and arc dynamics.

During MMA welding, you can adjust HOT START and ARC FORCE functions and turn off VRD.

• HOT START - facilitates arc ignition. This function activates a current pulse at the moment the electrode touches the workpiece, thus easing arc ignition.
• ARC FORCE - maintaining a stable welding arc. This function is necessary to prevent electrode "sticking" and to increase arc burning stability - at the moment when the welding slag peels off, current automatically increases to the optimal value, which allows avoiding electrode sticking during welding or cutting. The system is important when working with critical structures and using electrodes with basic, acidic, ilmenite, rutile, and cellulose coatings.
• VRD - reducing the no-load voltage to a safe level, to ensure protection against electric shock. This feature meets global regional guidelines and safety standard requirements.

The device has a last setting memory, i.e., when turned off and on again, the last set parameters are restored.
