The SPARTUS® EasyMIG 227DP expands welding capabilities, offering not only traditional manual MIG/MAG welding but also advanced solutions such as welding with synergic programs, pulse MIG welding, and even dual pulse MIG welding. Thus, the semiautomatic machine can adapt to various welding needs. With this equipment, every project becomes easier. The machine can weld with self-shield wire, thus eliminating the need for external protective gases, which is a great advantage for those looking to reduce additional costs. Moreover, EasyMIG 227DP can work with the Spool Gun holder, further enhancing its versatility. The maximum welding current reaches 220 A for MIG/MAG/TIG welding and 200 A for MMA welding, ensuring high work efficiency in various welding tasks.
The advanced LCD screen not only makes it easier to adjust the device settings but also helps in controlling its functions. In addition, the graphical representation of the welding form dependency on voltage facilitates the selection of appropriate parameters.
The double pulsation in the MIG/MAG method provides the weld seams with aesthetic and quality similar to the TIG method, while increasing efficiency and reducing thermal deformation. It is ideally suited for precise aluminum processing, as it requires less operator intervention.
