Semi-automatic welder Spartus ProMIG 200PFC with SPM 150R (3m) torch and TIG mini 17 1B (4m) torch

SPARTUS® ProMIG 200PFC is a professional portable semi-automatic welding machine. It can weld in MIG/MAG, TIG Lift, and MMA modes with a maximum welding current of 200A. The device is powered from a single-phase 230 V network. Thanks to the built-in solenoid valve, the device allows the use of a TIG welding torch with a micro switch (recommended SPP17-4-mSRP1B-X-8SPA). The high-quality built-in two-roller wire feeding mechanism ensures stable wire feed.

The welding machine is manufactured using modern solutions such as inverter technology, IGBT power transistors, MCU controller, PWM technology, PFC filter. All used technological solutions ensure stable output parameters under various conditions, excellent arc characteristics, and excellent welding quality. The semi-automatic welder can weld with a Spool Gun torch. It is possible to switch polarity both using a standard MIG/MAG torch and a Spool Gun torch.

ProMIG 200PFC has a high-resolution color LCD screen. It is programmed in such a way that setting parameters is maximally convenient. An undeniable advantage is the multilingual interface, available in the following languages: Polish, English, Spanish, German, French, Russian, Slovenian, Portuguese, Lithuanian, Serbian, Czech.

ProMIG 200PFC has 16 pre-set synergic programs for materials like steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. It also allows brazing CuSi3. The user only selects the type of welding material and wire diameter. Then, by setting the material thickness, the parameters adjust automatically. Parameters can also be adjusted manually.

ProMIG 200PFC also functions in manual mode. This mode allows setting all welding parameters according to the individual needs of the user.

The device has several functions supporting the MIG/MAG welding process:

• Wave Control – precise arc dynamics adjustment, which ensures full control of the welding arc and reduces the amount of welding spatter. It also allows control over penetration width and depth.
• Burn Back – wire tip burning time control, which eliminates the risk that welding wire will stick to the contact tip. It also simplifies creating short circuits during MIG/MAG welding.
• Slow Feed – soft wire feeder start-up. This feature is useful at high wire feeding speed. It ensures stable arc ignition from the start, thus reducing the risk of welding defects at the beginning.
• The welding machine also has the ability to weld in two modes: 2T/4T.
