The SPARTUS MasterMIG 200PFC SYNERGY welding machine is a professional, mobile, multi-process semi-automatic welding unit. Designed for MIG / MAG, TIG and MMA welding. The unit is powered from a single-phase 230V mains supply. The welding machine is compact and features special housing protection against moisture, salinity and corrosion.

The unit is manufactured using the latest technologies (IGBT power transistors, MCU controller, PWM technology, PFC filter). All these technological solutions ensure stable operation under various working conditions, so the unit stands out for excellent arc characteristics and outstanding weld quality.

The unit has several functions supporting MIG / MAG welding processes:

• Synergic MIG / MAG welding mode: 16 programs.
• Wave Control - precise arc dynamics adjustment. This function ensures complete control of the welding arc.
• Burn Back - precise adjustment of the welding wire burn-back time reduces the risk of the welding wire sticking to the contact tip.
• Slow feed - smooth start-up of the wire feeder, especially recommended when welding at high current and high speed. A smooth start of wire feeding eliminates the risk of welding defects at the start of welding.
• 2T / 4T - you can choose one of two operating modes.
• „Spool Gun“ - the ability to weld using a „Spool gun“ type welding torch.

During MMA welding, the Hot Start, Art Force and VRD functions are available:

• HOT START - facilitates arc ignition (MMA). The HOT START function delivers a current pulse at the moment the electrode touches the workpiece, making arc ignition easier.
• ARC FORCE - maintaining a stable welding arc (MMA). The ARC FORCE function is required to prevent electrode “sticking” and increase arc burning stability – at the moment when a droplet of electrode metal detaches, the current automatically increases to the optimal value, which helps avoid the electrode sticking during welding or cutting. The system is important when working with critical structures and when using electrodes with basic, acidic, ilmenite, rutile and cellulose coatings.
• VRD - reduction of open-circuit voltage to a safe level to provide protection against electric shock (MMA). This function meets regional guidelines and safety standards requirements worldwide.
