Bessey REVO KR150-2K Frame Clamp, Clamping Width 1500 mm

The KR frame clamp ensures parallel compression and is ideally suited for sensitive parts and right angles. Thanks to the REVO original BESSEY frame clamp, it is easy to clamp and spread sensitive surfaces, right angles, round and sharp parts. Most importantly, due to the large contact area, the frame clamp can be used anywhere, including at the ends and front of the guiding rails. The clamp enables to clamp even those parts that are inaccessible to standard clamps. Clamping force up to 7000N. The clamp has very large, parallel clamping surfaces and protective caps that protect easily damaged surfaces. Also, the clamp has a high-quality two-component plastic handle. The clamp can be converted into a spreader mechanism without using tools.

Main advantages:

Parallel clamping surfaces with protective caps. Very large, flat clamping surfaces made of impact-resistant and break-resistant polyamide are positioned entirely parallel. For various forms of fixing - around the guiding rail and without any issues. Three removable protective caps are resistant to glue, varnishes, and grease solvents.

Moving upper part. Stepless, desired adjustment and independent upper part fixation is performed by the button-lock mechanism.

Protective caps on parts. Caps made of impact-resistant polyamide, which are placed on parts, block direct contact of the part and the guide, if the full clamping surface is used. Using TK6 table clamps, frame clamps easily attach parts.
